Fitness, through increasing strength, balance and flexibility, has always been much more than just a job for me — it is a chance to make a positive change to someone’s life. That’s why in 2013 I opened Positive Fitness, After completing my Certificate IV in Fitness. Since then I have completed other certifications in PunchFit, Mat Pilates, Barre Certification and Yoga.
Classes range in style including:
Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Strength, Balance and Flexibility.
My name is Lauren Mathieson and I created Positive Fitness in 2013 after completing my Certificate IV in Fitness and becoming a master trainer.
I have always had a passion for fitness and have taken that to create my business.
Since becoming a Mum, I have really learned the importance of maintaining strength, balance and flexibility to keep up with kids and life.
This is why I want to share my knowledge with other mums and women out there who might be struggling with starting or maintaining a level of fitness that they desire.
